International Sales Manager - Process Instrumentation

Are you a driven and technical sales professional with a passion for process instrumentation?
A well-respected manufacturer of high-quality process instrumentation, established for over 50 years, is seeking an International Sales Manager. With a reputation for reliability and innovation, they offer a diverse range of products serving the UK and EMEA markets.
As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers in the UK and EMEA.
- Handling and converting technical enquiries into successful sales.
- Leveraging your knowledge of process instrumentation (sensors, thermocouples, thermistors, pressure sensors, transmitters, flow meters, level sensors, analytical instruments, gas analysers, valves, controllers, etc.) to provide expert guidance and solutions to customers.
- Attending and promoting our products at international exhibitions.
- Optimising and managing sales channels to drive revenue growth.
What is Needed?:
- Demonstrable success in selling process instrumentation, with a deep understanding of application selling.
- Proactive sales techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of process instrumentation and technical sales processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50 days per year) within the UK and EMEA.
In Return, You Will Receive:
- £65,000 basic salary plus car allowance.
- Hybrid role with 1 day per week in our Hertfordshire HQ.
