In this role, you will work closely with the production department to ensure systems and commercial accountability are fit for the rapidly growing business. As they expand, you'll need to be happy onboarding new systems, measuring the impact of commercial decisions as well as driving the financial sustainability. Having built a fantastic reputation in the local area they rarely recruit so this provides a fantastic opportunity to become a vital member of the team
You will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including:
- Complete month-end management pack and review monthly accounts, KPI, and MI reporting.
- Develop financial models, reports, and support budgeting and business cases.
- Provide analysis to drive commercial performance and improve supply chain value.
- Design and implement KPI reporting processes and system improvements.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for commercial propositions.
- Ensure value for money in procurement and support finance team with reporting and business analysis.
- Develop production stock costing and internal invoicing methods.
- Assist with CAPEX project business cases and undertake additional projects as needed
