Experienced Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Experts: Feel Free to Apply
Job Description: We are seeking experienced and passionate Recruiter Influencers to create engaging and insightful content related to Talent Acquisition space. This content will include Podcasts, Reels, and Blogs that will be distributed across our social media channels, email campaigns, and website. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, a strong personal brand, and a talent for creating content that resonates with recruiters, hiring managers, and job seekers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, original content, including:
- Podcasts: Host and produce podcasts focusing on recruitment trends, best practices, and expert interviews.
- Reels: Create short, engaging Reels highlighting tips, tricks, and insights for recruiters.
- Blogs: Write in-depth blog posts on various recruitment topics, from talent acquisition strategies to the latest industry news.
- Social Media Engagement: Share and promote content on your own social media channels and engage with the DigitalRecruiter™ audience across platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the DigitalRecruiter™ marketing team to align content with brand messaging and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Recruitment: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in creating compelling content for social media, podcasts, and blogs.
- Social Media Presence: A strong, active presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) with a significant following of recruiters, HR professionals, or industry experts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in an engaging and accessible manner.
- Brand Alignment: Passionate about the recruitment industry and aligned with the mission and values of DigitalRecruiter™.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, video editing software, podcast hosting platforms).
