About the role .

As a Social Media Manager at Klowt, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing social media strategies that elevate the personal brands of our clients and of the agency itself. You will be responsible for creating compelling content and driving brand awareness across key social platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling content that aligns with our client’s brand identities and resonates with target audiences across various social channels.
  • Curate content, ensuring alignment with clients’ brand identity and social strategy.
  • Lead internal TREND sessions to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to devise internal social media strategies for both Klowt and Get Klowt.
  • Mentor and inspire team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance performance.
  • Review and approve creative content and assets, including imagery, copy, and video.
  • Analyse performance metrics and report insights to clients, optimising campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging channel opportunities to inform strategic recommendations and expand brand presence in key markets.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • An understanding of cross-pollination of content across multiple platforms is a must.
  • Examples of maintaining an understanding of industry trends to make informed recommendations on social channels as well as identifying new and emerging channel opportunities to grow personal brands in key markets.
  • Substantial experience within an agency setting.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design and creating social media assets is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, multi-skilled team.
  • Proactive mindset with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Commutable distance to London.

  • Final interview with your prospective line manager, Founder, and Ops Director
  • Target time of completion – 2 weeks
  • 35 days holiday (including bank holidays)
