We’re a creative agency spread across eight acres of countryside in Cheshire, and the rumours are true, we also have a pub, bistro and gym all on-site. We work with some of the UK’s most interesting brands and we’re looking for a Social Media Project Manager to come and join us. The Role … We are looking for a Social Media Project Manager to join our growing team here in Manchester. This person will run multiple projects across social and production for several well-known brands. You’ll have a passion for the creative process and can manage the development of full funnel campaigns. You’ll partner with our client services teams to build and maintain strong client relationships, overcome obstacles by presenting solutions, and always endeavour to make the work outstanding. The Team … The project management team at McCann plays a critical role in everything we do. From refining process, leading project communications, and defining resource needs, to ensuring financial success for the agency, our Project Managers are the central point of connectivity for our teams. Partner with our client services and social media teams across digital, social and production to ensure Social Media campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
~ Manage project budgets through proper scoping, risk management and change management protocols.
~ Manage resource, timescales, and budgets throughout the project.
~ Management of relationship with our media business and in-house production teams, working collaboratively with them on media plans and delivery of social assets.
As Social Media Project Manager You’ll Bring…
~ Experience operating at a similar level previously within an integrated, creative or social media agency/business.
~ Experience managing projects within social media production including high volume paid social asset creation.
~ An excellent understanding of paid social.
~ Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently to ensure projects are managed effectively.
~ A genuine passion for Social Media and in depth understanding of content production, paid social, creative and project management.
