French Speaking Operations & Customer Retentions Manager

£45,000.00 per annum.

Hybrid (2 days in the office, fully paid monthly travel to France)

A creative content organisation is seeking a highly organised, confident and outgoing individual to join their team as a French Speaking Operations & Customer Retentions Manager. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing and retaining their expanding client base in France.

About You:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written French.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with extensive experience in client-facing roles.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Confidence & Proactivity: Assertive, confident, and proactive in managing client expectations and operations.
  • Technical Enthusiasm: Passionate about technology and its importance in retail environments.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and competent in IT and software data entry.
  • Flexibility: Able to adapt to meet client demands and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Engage with clients daily in both spoken and written French. This includes handling client calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries.
  • Operations Coordination: To be the key link between logistics, purchasing, technology, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Account & Service Management: Oversee accounts and services for clients without a sales focus, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Content Management: Manage content scheduling for media advertising across client stores in France and Belgium using various Content Management Systems.
  • Creative Collaboration: Review content briefs and collaborate with the company’s in-house studio to produce digital screen content for clients.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for the organisation of digital installations.
  • Financial Administration: Prepare quotations for new and existing clients and handle related financial tasks.
  • Technical Support: Understand support team/engineer diagnostics and work with them to find appropriate solutions for hardware issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A university degree in a relevant area
  • Extensive experience in operations, logistics, and account/service management in a client-facing managerial role (not sales)
