Reporting to the Group Head of Division, and with full P&L accountability, responsibility is for the inspirational leadership and performance of the business, setting strategic direction and delivering the company's commercial, operational and financial growth objectives. You will lead the team from the front in driving the highest levels of performance, enabling a culture of excellence across all disciplines.
