Your Role:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Strategic Partner Syndicates (SPS) Team.

This new and exciting opportunity will involve working in a fast-paced environment within a small team, with regular interactions with the wider group and external stakeholders, working in an innovative and supportive company in the highly successful and growing strategic division.

The successful applicant will develop a good understanding of the Lloyd's environment and will have the opportunity to see a business develop from an 'idea' to a fully operational syndicate with daily contact with various internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

Role responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the SPS team by compiling minutes, correspondence, reports, and meeting agendas to ensure information is presented in the most effective manner.
  • Scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Interaction with various projects
  • General administrative support

What we are looking for:

This fast-paced role requires confidence, finding solutions to various last-minute challenges such as arranging meetings at short notice whilst collaborating and co-ordination with a variety of stakeholders.

Applicants should have the follow skill set and experience:

  • Minute taking experience.
  • Meeting scheduling and coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication and proactive mindset.
  • Confident team player, comfortable speaking to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to assist on ad hoc projects.
  • Insurance experience would be beneficial but not essential.
