CW Talent Solutions is working with a , global hedge fund for a Systematic Trader to join the London office. Here you will join a highly successful team and work with the best.

▪ Managing the daily execution of our quantitative systematic trading tactics involves making real-time judgments to mitigate risk.

▪ Adapting to evolving market dynamics.

▪ Collaboration with the firm's strategy creators and technology experts is crucial to enhance our trading platform.

▪ Partner with developers, researchers, and technology teams to manage the daily operation of our systematic trading platform.

▪ Facilitate business growth by developing a deep understanding of market microstructure, products, regulations, and our trading platform (including new regions/venues/products), and defining new technology requirements.

▪ Drive the continual improvement of our world-class trading platform through design and implementation.

▪ Completion of a Bachelor's program in STEM, Finance, Economics, or Business.

▪ Previous involvement in electronic trading.

▪ Attention to detail with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

▪ Proven self-initiator, possessing the determination and proactive mindset to acquire new knowledge and navigate through changes to achieve desired outcomes.
