What You’ll Bring:
We are looking for a Corporate Solicitor with a passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused advice and a collaborative mindset. You will have:
- PQE Range: 3-6 years (although we welcome applications outside this range with relevant experience).
- Experience: Strong expertise in corporate transactions such as M&A, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Client Skills: A commercial mindset and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Innovation: A proactive approach to solving complex legal challenges and delivering value to clients.
