We have taken on an exciting OM/EA role within a global investment management firm. They have a large global presence however have recently opened a London office and have growth plans for the future.


The Office Manager we are looking for will be highly organised, adaptable, and skilled in addressing administrative challenges, while fostering a positive work environment for all staff.


THE ROLE:

The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of the office and links to other offices.

  • Supporting with traditional assistant duties
  • Oversee operations and management of office
  • Managing the workplace services budget
  • Manage and maintain office facilities, equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate and organise events
  • Act as the main point of contact for building management, vendors and suppliers
  • Maintain office procedures
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and corporate directives
