Job Summary: As a Junior Recruiter focused on retail hiring, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and assisting in the selection of candidates for various retail positions within our beauty brand. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in the beauty industry, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow in the recruitment field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Provide support in creating and posting job advertisements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


What are we looking for?


  • In-house or agency experience (ideally a mix of both)
  • Previous experience in recruitment or retail, particularly in the beauty sector, is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite and familiarity with ATS software.
