Senior eCommerce & CRO Manager

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid/2 days a week in office)

Salary: Negotiable


We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior eCommerce & CRO Manager on behalf of our client, a trailblazing brand known for innovation and excellence.


This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive commercial KPIs across acquisition and customer marketing, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future one of the UK’s fastest growing companies.


About the Role:

As the Senior eCommerce and CRO Manager, you will oversee and optimize all aspects of the company’s eCommerce operations. You’ll develop and implement best practices in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), digital marketing funnels, and user experience (UX) to maximize digital revenue.


This role includes managing the website, enhancing UX across devices, implementing mobile-first strategies, and leading a team to ensure continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage website and CRO operations, including platform management and product merchandising.
  • Optimize the website using Shopify CMS for improved UX, conversion, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to identify improvement opportunities and implement A/B testing.
  • Work closely with marketing, development, and other teams to ensure a cohesive online experience.
  • Monitor website performance, reporting on KPIs, and staying up-to-date with eCommerce trends.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven success in driving online sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong eCommerce and CRO expertise, with experience in Shopify.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
