About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and developing new service solutions for existing clients and new business wins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage large-scale new business introductions or significant client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Performance and Service Quality: Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and client satisfaction surveys to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Change Control: Manage changes in scope through the critical pilot phase and ongoing as the solution evolves, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and present initiatives to improve the customer experience and reduce costs, driving business growth and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a methodical approach to work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Initiative and Time Management: Work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines to achieve targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients, utilizing strong listening and questioning skills to understand client needs.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and convert new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Apply critical thinking to resolve complex problems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
