Global Compliance Director 3-Month Contract to start - URGENT IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED


**Position: Global Compliance Director**

**Location: Remote/Global**

**Contract Duration: 3 Months**

**Start Date: Immediate**


Are you a seasoned professional with a robust legal background and extensive experience in corporate ethics and compliance? Our client is urgently seeking a Global Compliance Director to join their team on a short-term, high-impact 3-month contract.


Support the Company as they seek to divesture from the parent company by designing a compliance function.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs.

- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across global operations.

- Advise on corporate governance, ethics, and compliance issues.

- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.

- Develop and deliver training programs to foster a culture of compliance.

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.


**Qualifications:**

- A strong legal background - USA and EUROPEAN compliance is ESSENTIAL

- Extensive experience in corporate ethics and compliance.

- Certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CHC) preferred.

- Proven track record of managing global compliance programs.

- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to start immediately and work effectively under tight deadlines.
