The Role:
- Lead Generation & Sales: You’ll be responsible for hunting new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
- Account Management: 30% of your role will focus on managing existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service, and identifying up-selling opportunities.
- Business Development: 70% of your role will involve prospecting new clients and markets, securing new business, and driving growth in the region.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the BDM to support business goals and execute the sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and chase leads via phone calls, emails, and other sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth within the fire and security systems sector.
- Provide product and service recommendations to meet client needs.
About You:
- You’re a hunter at heart – unafraid to pick up the phone and pursue leads.
- You have a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within fire, security, or a related industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
