I am currently working closely with an industry leading public sector client of mine who are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Field Services Architect. I am looking for someone with previous experience within the housing sector.


London based: £66,038 to £90,802 per annum

National: £60,076 to £82,605 per annum

36 hours per week


This is a hybrid role where you can work from a main office location within the UK. (you will be expected to go into the office 1-2 times a month)


Key responsibilities:


  • Taking a lead role in creating solution architecture designs to provide a secure, stable, performant


  • platform for our customers. Working with the other architects and the business to gather a holistic


  • Ensure designs are simple, using out of the box functionality first, allowing for easy adoption, support, and upgrades.


  • Creating architectural principles and ensuring consistency with departmental principles.


  • Maintain architecture documentation in line with changes to ensure the information is relevant and up to date.


  • Responsible for management and development of a functional consultant, ensuring work packages are agreed in line with the business priorities.


  • Responsible for overseeing implementations, and technically reviewing output from the technical and functional consultants, ensuring designs are in line with the architectural and departmental principles.


  • Use your knowledge and experience to guide and mentor the technical and functional consultants.


  • Taking the lead with functional consultants, technical consultants, Microsoft and third-party vendors to investigate and resolve complex issues.


  • Consult on and deliver change activity (lifecycle, project or continuous service improvements) safely and seamlessly.


  • Facilitating demos and customer playbacks to demonstrate functionality.


  • Perform detailed impact analysis across a number of areas (e.g. system function, business process, integrations, security) working with colleagues to understand the impact of proposed changes.
  • Ensure new features are evaluated and implemented providing value and replacing customisation without of the box features where possible.
