We are looking for a Growth Manager for an HR software scale-up, to play a pivotal role in their growth strategy by optimising digital platforms to enhance user experience and increase conversions.


You'll be instrumental in optimising the performance of website features, particularly those designed to drive free trials, and enhancing the user journey from trial to activation.


Responsibilities:

  • Website and Paid Page Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to optimise website features and paid pages to drive free trials.
  • User Journey Optimisation: Oversee the in-trial user experience and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition from trial to activation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise web analytics and A/B testing tools to analyse user behaviour, identify areas of improvement, and implement data-driven modifications.
  • In-House Strategy Implementation: Transition CRO strategies from agency management to an in-house, always-on approach, ensuring seamless integration and continuity of service with no downtime.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive user experiences and alignment with broader business goals.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular updates on conversion metrics and insights into user behaviour to inform strategic decisions.


You’ll have

  • Proven experience in CRO and web development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating past successes in these areas.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
  • Experience of working in an in-house and agency settings.

  • Flexible working with 1 day per week in their Horsham office. Great for anyone based in and around East Sussex and London with direct train link.
