We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager for an HR software scale-up, to play a pivotal role in their growth strategy by optimising digital platforms to enhance user experience and increase conversions.


In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through strategic and effective marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Digital and leading the growth squad (Performance marketing, SEO, CRO), you'll collaborate closely with key departments to enhance their market presence and achieve performance targets.


What you'll do:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Content and Brand to develop and implement growth strategies that complement our content and branding efforts.
  • Support Demand Generation: Provide crucial support to the Demand Generation team, helping to optimise campaigns and improve lead acquisition and conversion rates.
  • Performance Marketing: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focusing on measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise analytics and data insights to guide strategy adjustments and report on campaign performance to senior management.
  • Create, optimise, and grow pay-per-click campaigns, including keyword expansion, ad copy, and other optimisation tactics, to drive traffic and conversion from Google, Microsoft Bing, and other search engines.
  • Closely monitor campaign performance daily to ensure proper pacing and optimal results; evaluate weekly and monthly trends.


What you'll have:

  • Proven experience in growth or performance marketing, particularly within technology or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • First-hand experience in managing digital marketing channels with a strong focus on PPC channels and paid social.
  • Experience in managing SEO, SEM, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience leveraging automated bid strategies (ROAS and CPA) to drive performance.
  • Experience using audiences to drive new customer growth and win back past customers.
  • Experience running A/B tests.
  • (Desirable) Google AdWords Certifications (Fundamentals & Advanced).
  • (Desirable) Strong understanding of paid search platforms: AdWords & Microsoft ads and all campaign types including YouTube ads.
  • (Desirable) Experience managing display, affiliate, and paid social campaigns.
