Your new role
Do you have experience of scheduling engineers (or other kinds of service providers)? Are you looking for a permanent role that offers stability, variety and the opportunity to go out and meet your customers when the need arises? Our client is looking for 2 new team members to join them in this office-based position.
Duties:-
Liaise with customers, engineers, other colleagues and suppliers in regard to the client service support deskFirst point of contact for client enquiries by email or telephone.Prioritising and logging call-outs/service requests, reactive and planned work.Dealing with a team of engineers, subcontractors and client sites.Support engineers to maintain service delivery, parts on site and quality of service with a proactive approach.Scheduling planned and reactive maintenance, call-outs and remedial jobsPlanning and managing engineers and installation projects.Liaise with engineers and clients with regard to the progress and status of projects.Providing clients with work progress via internal CRM system, customer online portals, emails and telephone contact.Attending client and colleague meetings (face to face & conference calls) where necessary.Processing of engineering data to ensure KPI compliance.Raising purchase orders for materials for key clients.Managing the quotation requests flow via procurement, following on from engineering visits.Updating and maintaining asset registers.
This will be a fast-paced job, hence the need for experience in planning/scheduling in a previous role.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have access to your own vehicle. You will have experience of scheduling, providing excellent customer service and be adept at using a CRM system.
