The position is full-time, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Role Overview:

This role entails managing employee relations and enhancing employee engagement for a respected organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Resolving prolonged absences
  • Providing counsel across various departments
  • Making pivotal decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Operating across multiple sites
  • Assisting employees through welfare processes
  • Training managers on employee relations issues

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess relevant experience in employee relations, robust communication and influencing skills, and the ability to function both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel and a valid driving licence are required. Additional HR-related qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
