What would you be doing?


The Product Manager is a key member in our product’s strategy and execution, responsible for defining the product vision, validating it with customers, executing it in the best and fastest way possible, and driving the company to success.


As a PM you will be working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.


Own the strategy, execution, and quality of the project roadmap


-Collect requirements from customers and define solutions based on platform capabilities and gaps.


  • Plan backlog, releases, and sprints according to agreed project milestones.
  • Write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Define testing profiles to ensure product quality.
  • Perform Product Owner (PO) reviews to align development efforts with product vision.


-Communication and Coordination


  • Communicate internally about backlog plans and status updates.
  • Collect and analyze stakeholders' feedback on the product to inform future development.
  • Write and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Change Requests (CR).


-Documentation and Release Management


  • Write release notes to document new features and improvements.
  • Lead customer demo sessions to showcase product developments and gather feedback.


-Quality Assurance and Support


  • Review and prioritize bugs to maintain product stability.
  • Provide training and support for testers and the customer service team to ensure product knowledge and effective issue resolution.


-Performance Monitoring


  • Define and monitor key product KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience as a product owner/manager in the fintech/finance/banking industry
  • Ability to communicate and advocate the business values and customer needs
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to collect and analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Fluent in English
  • Readiness to travel
