Luxury Fashion Studio

We are partnering with a luxury fashion brand, to hire a Studio/Office Manager to join the team. A small but growing company of 22, you will manage the studio and office and ensure everything runs smoothly The role is split into 4 areas but this is a hands-on position so you must be willing to flex and jump into other projects as they crop up.


Facilities

  • You will be the main key holder for the studio, opening and closing and ensuring the equipment and furniture is looking gorgeous
  • Manage the H&S requirements
  • Manage the studio supplier contracts and renewals


Admin

  • Booking travel for Leadership
  • Managing the admin for all garment faults
  • Setting up meeting rooms


Studio Resources

  • Manage the supplies and stock within the Studio
  • Supporting with Photoshoots & trade-shows
  • Manage the Overall office supplies


HR Admin

  • Supporting the People and Culture Manager with HR Admin
  • Being a point of contact for any HR related matters in the P&C Managers absence ( Part-time )



We are looking for someone with Office or Studio Manager experience, in a small business 20 – 50 headcount. You will be pro-active and driven, with great attention to detail.
