The role will require you to plan, organise and facilitate e-commerce website builds through the full project lifecycle. Our client portfolio includes well-known brands such as Topps Tiles, Oliver Bonas, RHS, and Agent Provocateur with many more clients across various different sectors including Fashion, Homeware, Luxury, Gifting, Outdoors, Food, and Charity.

Location
We have a trendy office in a lively location near Tower Bridge and our sociable team enjoys heading out for an after-work wind-down drink. We have taken a flexible approach to remote working so that you can enjoy the best of both worlds, with two set days in the office per week. Who are you?
Summary of responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Account managers and Senior Business Analysts to gather clients’ business requirements and advise them on best practises
- Work with the scrum team to refine client briefs and supporting documentation into compelling, well-defined user stories and initial acceptance criteria
- Participate in product backlog refinement meetings and make sure that user stories are well defined and understood by all members of the cross-functional team
- Check deliverables against business requirements and participate in sprint demos
- Cooperate with other team members to design solutions that solve technical problems
- Participate in technical workshops and client meetings
Competency
- Break down complex integrations into constituent pieces, and make recommendations of how to prioritise in the best way possible;
- Effectively apply our Magento & frontend components to existing and new projects;
- Work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Easily learn new systems and solutions
- Exhibit excellent time management skills, plan and prioritise your own workload.
- Have a basic awareness of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum)
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in analytical thinking;
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce and/or digital marketing systems;
- Knowledge of Magento 2 or similar eCommerce platform (BigCommerce, Salesforce, Shopware, Shopify) desirable;
- Basic knowledge of SOAP/REST/GraphQL APIs and general API principles with the ability to interrogate them using tools such as Postman;
- Proficient in MS Excel (or similar) and basic knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics);
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent English communication skills.
