Store Manager | Bath | Salary up to £35,000 + Bonus | Fashion Retail
Are you a dynamic and driven retail leader with a passion for fashion? Zachary Daniels is looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to join a well-established fashion retailer in Bath, where you'll have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

The Role:
As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store's success. You'll lead a passionate team to deliver outstanding results and offer a memorable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll inspire your team to meet and exceed sales targets while creating an energetic, positive environment where both customers and staff thrive.
Key Responsibilities for a Store Manager:
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and customer service excellence
- Foster a customer-first culture that delivers exceptional experiences every day
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase foot traffic, and build customer loyalty
- Ensure the store is fully stocked, visually appealing, and compliant with company standards
- Manage the day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and performance reviews
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that reflects the brand's values and engages the local community
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of driving sales and leading teams to success
- Experience in fashion retail or a related sector, with a passion for the industry and the ability to inspire others
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
- Familiarity with managing KPIs, budgets, and store performance to achieve business goals
- A genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and making a real impact in the community
