We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to join us in our brand new Bath store. If you are someone who has a love for fashion, an eye for style, loves connecting with people and thrives in an environment of ownership and autonomy then this is the perfect opportunity for you
About you:
You’ll have experience as a Store Manager within a similar role, with a passion and love for fashion
What you’ll be doing:
- Be a brand ambassador of Sosandar, taking pride in setting and driving an exceptional customer experience.
- Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand demonstrating in depth product knowledge
- Visual merchandising to showcase the Sosandar brand and drive performance.
- Develop and drive sales in store, continually identifying opportunities for growth and positively impacting KPI’s.
- Manage and control costs and influence commercial decisions.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Sosandar’s brand, product and customer – driving passion for other store team members and our customers.
- Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience.
- Coach and develop your team to the highest standard
- Network and build relationships with internal and external business partners
- Be innovative and comfortable taking ownership and working with autonomy
- Leading a team and encouraging that ‘anything is possible’ attitude
You’ll be the face of our Bath Sosandar store once it opens.
Weekly hours: 40
