About the Role:

As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our clients retail operations, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You'll collaborate across departments to drive performance, motivate your team to exceed sales targets, and foster a culture of continuous growth and development.

Shift Patterns: Enjoy a better work/life balance with our flexible 3 or 4-day workweek. Benefit from consecutive days off, every other weekend off, and shift patterns that align with your lifestyle, with shifts scheduled between 4:30 am and 10 pm.
