Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Catering Butcher to join our team in London. As a Catering Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meat cuts for our meat counters and stock management. This is an on-site role where you will work closely with our team to ensure exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.


Your day-to-day tasks will include: - Preparing traditional meat cuts from whole carcass pork, lamb, and poultry, and from smaller beef primals, preparing sausages, and other meat products,cCollaborating with the team to maintain food safety and quality standards


Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
