MISSION


The UK Sales Area Manager reports directly to the UK Manager and oversees the development of sales & volumes, managing the Local Maserati Network, achieving the assigned targets, retails and wholesales, market share, stock in the area of responsibility.


MAIN ACTIVITIES


  • Communicate accurate wholesale and retail sales forecasts to Maserati HQ
  • Develop, present, and agree on annual sales terms between Maserati and its dealer network
  • Support the dealer network in achieving their annual sales targets
  • Explore and implement methods for enhancing sales performance with the dealer network
  • Manage the communication of business-related issues affecting dealers with Maserati
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create effective marketing activities that support sales growth
  • Maintain and update internal reports on wholesale and retail sales
  • Provide regular reports to Maserati HQ regarding network performance
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of dealer network profit and loss documentation with the composite provider
  • Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly sales target performance
  • Manage stock levels to meet market demands
  • Assist with sales training sessions and product launches
  • Monitor compliance with sales training programs
  • Oversee and manage the sales incentive budget


REQUIREMENTS


  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • A master's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Specialized knowledge in market analysis, sales processes, dealer/sales organization, fleet management, marketing, and communication.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate and operate effectively within complex organizational structures.
