About You
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- You have previous experience or an understanding of supply chain administration (advantageous but not essential).
- You possess strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- You have proven administrative experience, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- You excel in both written and verbal communication, enabling clear and effective interaction.
- You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and can build strong working relationships.
- You demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will support customer service by managing SAP and supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain you’ll be responsible for handling sales inbox queries, tracking keg deliveries and returns, compiling data for monthly KPI reporting, and supporting smooth operations with customers and suppliers.
This role is critical to maintaining the high standards Innis & Gunn is known for and supporting the continued growth of our brand in both domestic and international markets.
