Salesforce Implementation Specialist, Cheshire, £60,000 + Bens


Our client, a global events company, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Implementation Specialist to ensure their Salesforce environment—currently incorporating Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (CRM), and Marketing Cloud—operates seamlessly to support their dynamic business needs. In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring, securing, and maintaining Salesforce, with a focus on data accuracy and access management.


You'll bridge the gap between our client’s internal stakeholders and their Salesforce implementation partner, driving process improvements and maximizing the platform’s functionality This is a hybrid role (4 days per week) on-site at my clients brand new modern office space in Cheshire.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Optimize and Manage Salesforce: Ensure efficient operation of Salesforce across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand, prioritize, and filter requirements for the platform.
  • Partner Management: Maintain and nurture the relationship with the Salesforce development partner.
  • Platform Configuration and Customization: Tailor Salesforce features to meet unique business needs.
  • Training and Automation: Oversee user training and automate processes to enhance productivity.
  • Data Management and Quality Assurance: Act as the gatekeeper of data quality, handling data imports, deduplication, and maintenance tasks.
  • Security Management: Collaborate with the Information Security Manager to manage user access and ensure robust security settings.
  • Custom Development: Design custom applications, workflows, and interfaces as needed, with coding skills as an added advantage.
  • Technical Solution Design: Gather system requirements, prototype solutions, conduct testing, and implement effective business solutions.


Essential Criteria:


  • Experience: 3-5 years in Salesforce customization, administration, and configuration.
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Technical & Business Acumen: Expertise in data modeling, user interface design, and Salesforce workflows.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Certification: Salesforce Administration certification is required.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.


Desirable Skills:


  • Additional Certifications: Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud certifications.
  • Expanded Module Knowledge: Familiarity with additional Salesforce modules like Analytics or Tableau.
