Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing installations, and collaborating with customer service teams. Additionally, you contribute to creating innovative solutions and play a vital role in ensuring application satisfaction and functionality.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to end users of software applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software applications, including configuration, system errors, user mistakes, and bugs.

Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements.

Document processes and monitor application performance metrics.

Collaborate with senior engineers and other IT staff to learn best practices and new skills.

Maintain the software system by installing updates and performing debugging procedures.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

Must have:

Participate in software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, under the guidance of more experienced team members.

Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.

Contribute to the documentation of software requirements and specifications.

Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, seeking guidance from senior team members.

Support the implementation of emerging technologies and best practices.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.

Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Actively learn from and assist more experienced team members.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relevant experience, typically 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience.

Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies.

Basic understanding of coding and debugging.

Willingness to learn and grow in the field.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Other Qualifications

Relevant certifications or training a plus- Basic Knowledge of SQL databases.

Understanding of PowerShell scripting for System Admin tasks.

Basic understanding of web server configurations and maintenance.
