The role

As a Project Coordinator, you'll dive into diverse projects, developing your skills from planning to execution. Working on-site with our end client two days a week, you'll join their release team, directly contributing to high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment. With guidance from our experienced Project Managers, you'll gain the expertise needed to advance your career. Your role as a Project Coordinator will be dynamic and hands-on, involving planning, organising, coordinating, and supporting the release team to ensure smooth project delivery.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support release activities, ensuring they adhere to established Release Delivery processes.
  • Uphold top-quality delivery standards while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify and address risks and issues swiftly to keep projects on track.
  • Actively participate in critical meetings such as Operational Readiness Reviews and Change Advisory Boards.
  • Take charge of coordinating live releases and handle any escalation needs.
  • Contribute to enhancing release processes and ensure strict adherence to IT Governance Controls and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
