OneFeed, a leading digital marketing agency in Bournemouth, is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Biddable Account Director to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in both PPC and paid social advertising to develop, manage, and lead the paid media team across various platforms for our E-commerce clients. The split between PPC and paid social management is approximately 75% PPC and 25% paid social. You will be responsible for leading the account management teams of Onefeed to deliver client performancedriving targeted traffic, conversions, and maximising ROI while aligning campaigns with our overall marketing objectives.


The Role:

  • Lead the account management teams of Onefeed to improve client ads performance.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, marketing goals and objectives of each of our clients
  • Delivery best practice management techniques across all activity
  • Work closely with the MD to ensure that all activity is aligned to client’s objectives
  • Manage a team on Biddable Managers and Execs to get the best results for our clients
  • Allocate and delegate account tasks to team members
  • Build a great understanding of the client’s products and business proposition
  • Be the strategic driver of growth for our clients
  • Manage training to ensure knowledge, insight and best practice is applied across the team



The Ideal Candidate


  • Will be experienced within performance management of clients' Google and Bing Ads campaigns
  • Will have managed paid social campaigns to a high standard
  • Will have experience of managing PPC activity using the Ads interface or 3rd party tools
  • Is Google AdWords certified
  • Will be experienced working within the e-commerce industry
  • Will have an excellent standard of communication and customer service
  • Will have experience managing a team of PPC Managers.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Maths Qualification (GCSE, A Level or international equivalent) desirable, along with evidence of mathematical competency.



Job Type: Full-time


The role is based at our Bournemouth Head Office. We will not consider remote working.
