Assitant Brand Manager

Location: Bracknell - 3 days


Are you passionate about personal care products and ready to make an impact in the beauty industry? Seeking a dynamic and ambitious Assistant Brand Manager to join our growing team


As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will support the Senior Brand Manager in executing marketing strategies, managing product launches, and driving brand growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Coordinating product launches and promotional activities.
  • Conducting market research and analysing consumer trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitoring and reporting on brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Supporting the creation of compelling content for social media and digital platforms.


About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field with a Marketing internship.
  • 1+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the personal care or wider FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
