We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join a vibrant UK-based FMCG company in the Health and Beauty sector, within a leading international organization.
With a turnover of around £50 million, they have bold ambitions to double this within the upcoming 3-5 years.
As an Assistant Brand Manager, your role will involve supporting the Senior Brand Manager and the wider brand team in enhancing brand performance, creating new products, increasing brand awareness, and meeting commercial goals.
This position requires engagement across all aspects of the marketing mix, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
You will play a vital role in launching exciting brand initiatives and overseeing the day-to-day management of the brand, ensuring each day presents new and diverse challenges.
Principal Accountabilities
- Lead and contribute to developing new product developments (NPD) to boost brand growth
- Identify crucial opportunities and devise initiatives
- Work closely with Category and technical teams for process enhancement
- Ensure compliance with the GATE process for project validation and execution
- Execute essential brand support tasks including communications activation and brand enhancement
