You'll be the driving force in project management and continuous process improvement within their Customer Success team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for medium to large projects
  • Lead teams of engineers and produce detailed project plans and system specifications
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and attend customer meetings
  • Manage project milestones, change control, and progress reporting
  • Conduct technical configuration, UAT, training, and problem-solving
  • Ensure successful project handovers and manage project-related defects


Requirements:

  • Strong technical project management skills with a proven background in delivering large-scale projects
  • Experience with playout, multiviewer, or media systems
  • Knowledge of compressed and uncompressed IP Video streaming format
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High commercial awareness and effective time management


Desirable:

  • Project management qualifications
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, MAM, graphics, subtitling, XSLT, BXF, XML
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and Linux OS, and network-based systems
  • Second language is a plus


Working arrangements:

  • 2/3 days per week in East Anglia based office
  • Up to 40% travel globally
