Our client is an award-winning brand going from strength to strength. They have presence on a global scale and stock in some major retailers.
They are looking for a Senior Merchandising Manager to lead on merchandising projects from concept through to delivery. This is a key role for the business. They are looking for a highly creative individual with exceptional communication skills.
About the role
- Lead on the strategy and visual merchandising execution across all showrooms and stores (all markets).
- Working closely with the Product Design team to develop new graphics where required.
- Take responsibility for all showrooms representation (sounds, lighting, products, and graphics) and manage the showroom budget.
- Lead on store re-fits from concept through to completion.
- Review (and react to) weekly KPI’s and business goals.
- Manage team members and ensure they are clear on day-to-day tasks and achieving their objectives.
About you
- Extensive knowledge of visual merchandising
- Commercially minded with strong awareness of competitors, and knowledgeable of local markets.
- Able to work well under pressure with strict deadlines or short notice.
- Can effectively manage team resource and budgets.
- Experience using Adobe programs (illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
