Position Overview:

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our fantastic team in Milton Keynes. The HRBP will play a critical role in supporting our business goals by providing strategic and operational HR expertise across various functions. This position requires a versatile HR professional who can navigate complex challenges, drive change initiatives, and enhance employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct thorough and objective investigations and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process by advising managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Change Management: Facilitate and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace by leading initiatives that foster a culture of respect and collaboration.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilise HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to management. Prepare regular reports on HR activities and outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. CIPD qualification (Level 7) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably within a large, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on practical and effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software. A high proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programmes, especially Excel.
