What you’ll do

This role involves working alongside the Operations Manager to administer company systems and streamline company processes whilst facilitating improvements in the day-to-day operations of the company.


Never a dull moment, this role is ideal for people who like fast-paced, project-based work with a large amount of variety in their role. This role will also be involved in traditional IT activities such as application administration, managing access, internal user support and management of third-party vendors.


You’ll be part of a team of four, however you’ll most likely be the first point of contact for any internal IT request.


  • Administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & Dynamics 365
  • Own the starter/leaver process
  • Looking after the hardware and liaise with the vendor as and when
  • Manage access rights across different systems
  • Collaborating with colleagues on shared projects
  • Carrying out change requests to the internal systems
  • Communicating to staff and providing training where needed
  • Creating supporting guidance documentation on systems and processes
  • Liaising with third party suppliers
  • Keeping up to date with relevant Microsoft announcements
  • And any other duties as defined by the Operations Manager


Who you are

  • Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Technical aptitude, demonstrating the ability to learn quickly
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to challenge requests where appropriate
  • Confidence in speaking to groups
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to focus amidst a large ‘To-do’ List
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Azure Active Directory
