Our client provides airside, construction project support across major UK airports including: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Manchester and beyond.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Management of all Construction logistics operations
  • Management of site managers
  • Daily engagement with clients to ensure standards and expectations are being met.
  • Production and review of documentation, including but not limited to Risk and Method Statements, Quality Plans, standard operating procedures.
  • Delivering safe projects with clients KPIs being exceeded at all times.
  • Management of project commercials, including but not limited to, reviewing AFP with commercial prior to submittal, raising of QCEs and EWNs, maximising margins, managing project budgets with the support of contract manager.
  • Supporting commercial with tender returns.
  • Overseeing our site resource, with an emphasis on developing the teams and identifying training requirements and areas for improvement.
  • Business development – A positive and strong representation with the emphasis on winning more contracts and growing the department.
  • Attend and contribute to Customer and internal meetings
  • Reporting to Senior Management on a monthly basis.
  • Programme Management
  • Temporary Works Coordinator qualified – Enabling you to understand the roles and responsibilities of a temporary works coordinator and supporting the both site managers and the client with compliant delivery of works.


About you

  • Black CSCS card holder
  • Full UK driving license
  • Flexible to travel to various sites
  • NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management
  • Experience in dealing with commercials
  • Able to obtain an airside pass
  • Experience with NEC contracts
