CRM Executive – Drive Customer Engagement

Location: Manchester, UK | Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Trading Director

Our client is seeking a CRM Executive to support and enhance their customer engagement strategy. If you’re eager to learn, skilled in personalising communications, and ready to grow your career in CRM – this role is perfect for you.


What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the development and execution of customer engagement strategies across Email, SMS, and Loyalty programs.
  • Build and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Use data-driven insights to create targeted, personalised customer communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure CRM campaigns align with overall business goals.
  • Contribute to test-and-learn approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor CRM performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to help innovate CRM processes.
  • Ensure all activities comply with GDPR and UK data regulations.


What You’ll Need:

  • Experience working in a CRM or email marketing role (D2C fashion or e-commerce is a bonus).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve performance.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Klaviyo or similar tools.
  • An eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Team collaboration skills and a commercial mindset focused on customer loyalty.


Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of SMS marketing strategies.
  • Background in fashion or e-commerce.
