Who are we looking for?


We are looking for a delivery manager who would fit right into our exciting culture whilst being able to oversee development output of a squad or squads across our famous Ccaas and UCaas portfolio of products.

What will you be doing day-to-day?



  • Be a central point of contact for the squad to escalate issues/blockers and actively work to resolve any problems that occur, including liasing with other squad leads, professional services, product owners, UX designers and stakeholders where required.
  • Work with product owners and professional services to manage priorities and be responsible for building and maintaining sprint plans for the squad(s).
  • Report on progress against key delivery milestones and actively flag risks, issues or priority clashes that could affect deadlines to the Head of Engineering Delivery.
  • Facilitate efficient development by adding structure and relevant processes to the sprint, following agile methodologies.
  • Build a strong collaborative culture within development squads, removing blockers or issues to ensure developers are able to progress.
  • Actively work with development leads and product owners to understand requirements and technical delivery in depth.






What you’ll need


  • Strong experience in a project or delivery manager role, ideally within software delivery
  • High level of knowledge of the software delivery process, including Agile best practices and methodologies
  • Strong technical understanding of software delivery and the ability to understand and distill complex technical requirements and discussions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects and development teams
  • Practical, pragmatic approach with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders at all levels
