About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer & Content Creator to join our team and help build and grow a personal brand. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling, has a deep understanding of social media trends, and can work independently to create compelling content that resonates with a broad audience.


You will be responsible for spending an average of one day per week filming content for the brand. The remainder of your time will be dedicated to editing the footage into engaging content for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and more. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing content ideas, writing scripts, researching social media trends, and continuously refining the content strategy to maximize reach and engagement and working with campaign team to ensure email marketing and social media post are running . You will also look after blogs creation.


Key Duties and Responsibilities


Filming & Production:

Spend an average of one day per week capturing video content, including key features of the products features, lifestyle shots, behind the scenes

· Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure the best possible quality.

· Ensure all footage is shot with the final edit in mind, capturing a variety of angles and b-roll for social medias or longer video clip for youtube

· May require to travel


Content Creation:

Develop and produce high-quality creative video or post or blogs content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.


Content Editing & Post-Production:

· Edit footage into short-form and long-form content for various platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and more.

· Reclip longer content into engaging shorts, optimized for different social media channels.

· Implement creative editing techniques, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics, to enhance the final product.

· Test different hooks, titles, and thumbnail designs to optimize for engagement and virality.


Content Strategy & Development:

· Stay up-to-date with social media trends, viral content, and successful brand strategies to ensure content is relevant and engaging.

· Develop and pitch content ideas that align with the brand’s goals and audience.

· Write scripts to ensure all content is purposeful and aligned with brand messaging.

· Collaborate with the client to brainstorm and plan content themes, series, and campaigns.


Collaboration:

· Work closely with the COO to align social media content with overall marketing strategies and goals.



Research & Continuous Improvement:

· Analyze the performance of content across different platforms and refine the approach based on data and insights.

· Continuously research successful personal brands to understand what type of content works best, and suggest new strategies and ideas.

· Stay informed about advancements in videography and editing techniques to continuously improve the quality of content.


Trend Monitoring:

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure their content remains relevant and effective. Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with the audience


Qualifications and Skills


Proven experience in making and creating video content creation. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Key skills we are looking for:

• You will develop your skills on the job; however prior experience would be beneficial

• Confident using professional camera equipment and lighting

• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere

• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective audiences

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as confidence presenting in front of the camera

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

About you:

A proactive individual looking to take responsibility and accountability within the role. A confident communicator and eager to work within the creative field. You will be able to get on with others and be a true team player. Familiarity with digital advertising through social media would be helpful, but training can be provided.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of relevant work.

• Expertise in operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and motion graphics.

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms, particularly TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

• Strong knowledge of what content performs well on social media, with a demonstrated ability to create viral content.

• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to direct and collaborate with on-camera talent.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to travel and be on-site for filming as required.
