About the Role:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of civil engineering design, leading teams and collaborating closely with project design leads to ensure successful delivery. From asset planning and strategy to detailed design, your expertise will drive innovative solutions that support sustainable development and infrastructure projects, adapting to and mitigating the effects of climate change.

About You:

Experience: You have a solid background in civil engineering within sectors like water, environment, or related infrastructure.

Professional Status: Ideally, you hold Chartered or Incorporated status with a professional body such as ICE or CIWEM.

Passion for the Sector: You're committed to the water and environment sectors and eager to support the development of emerging engineers.

Project Delivery: You have a proven track record in successfully delivering projects, working collaboratively with teams to create innovative solutions.

Client Engagement: You're experienced in leading client interactions, building strong relationships, and ensuring project alignment with client goals.
