We are seeking a talented Senior Corporate Associate to join our client, a top UK law firm. This position is based in their rapidly growing Birmingham office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant, entrepreneurial environment, with a firm that has a strong track record in corporate transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing corporate transactions, including private company M&A and some private equity deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, primarily with entrepreneurial clients.
  • Contributing to the growth and success of the Birmingham office, with potential for partnership in the future.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s international offices to deliver high-quality legal services.


Ideal Candidate:
