An award-winning service provider based in St. Mellons area of Cardiff.
Your new role
Working as a temporary secretary, you will be responsible for providing a high-level of secretarial support to the team. This will include attending and producing minutes for a high volume of meetings. You'll attend meetings and work with the wider team to ensure a concise set of minutes are produced in a timely manner and circulated to relevant team members. You may be asked to support with other general administrative duties within the office, but the core elements of the role are the minute-taking and typing up of the minutes and the circulation.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a proven secretary or audio typist who is comfortable attending meetings and taking minutes.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start as quickly as possible for an initial period of 4–6 weeks with a possible extension. This role could mature into a permanent role based on performance. Role is an office-based role. The offices are located in St. Mellons, there is parking on site. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 30 minutes for lunch. Please note a DBS check will be conducted as part of the onboarding process.
