Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle sales calls and emails.
  • Process sales orders and take payments.
  • Produce and send quotes
  • Resolve customer queries and technical issues.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers on orders and deliveries.
  • Use HubSpot to manage quotes and sales pipeline.
  • Manage stock queries and customer expectations.
  • Advise customers on products and upsell where appropriate.
  • Provide detailed quotations and excellent customer service.
  • Place purchase orders and assist on the trade counter as needed.
  • Perform additional business administration tasks as required.
