They are looking for highly experienced Recruitment Consultant who have experience working within marketing/digital marketing sector with a proven background in business development, sourcing and managing candidates


Senior Recruitment Consultant | Remote (must be Bristol Based)| Up to £40K + Commission


As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be required to:

  • Grow your network to develop new and existing business.
  • Building a talent pool pipeline of skilled candidates within your market.
  • Source, screen, and interview professionals to identify the best fit for client requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver top talent.
  • Manage the full 360 process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.


Ideal background:

  • A demonstrable track record of delivering high calibre candidates into distinguished clientele
  • Experienced recruiting in the Marketing/Digital Marketing space (ideally).
  • 360 Recruitment experience (Permanent or Contract).
