In this role you will help deliver continuous growth and expansion of our market presence. You will utilize your recruitment knowledge to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding our client base within the Education Division. Your key responsibilities as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions that drive business success.
Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates through job boards, Linkedin & headhunting, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to share insights, strategies, and best practices, contributing to a high-performing and supportive work environment.
Your previous experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant, with a strong focus on market building and business development.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment within any sector, with the ability to quickly grasp the nuances of our clients' needs and the market.
Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates alike.
